Phillip began his career in post-frame construction shortly after high school, gaining valuable experience working with a local company before leading his own crew on a variety of projects. Over time, he became a trusted subcontractor, building many of Carolina Structurals’ early projects and honing his skills in both wood and metal structures. When the company’s former owners retired, he was offered the opportunity to carry the business forward.
 

Today, he leads Carolina Structural with a vision that combines tradition and innovation. By expanding services and focusing on precision in every detail, from setting posts in perfect alignment to finishing with clean lines and trims, he ensures every project reflects the craftsmanship and integrity the business was built on.
